·      Identify & Research: Identifying the target users characteristics and needs. Researching and evaluating different data channels that fit the targeted users.


·      Channels Assessment: Assessing the channels by cost, sustainability, and resources.


·      Automation Strategy: Developing an automation strategy to utilize the sales channels identified. The strategy will include process flow map and content required


·       Building Resources: Developing the business resources & identifying the technical resources needed to implement the strategy. Including contents, APIs, and integration recommendation.


·      Action Plan: Creating a schedule and an action plan to implement the growth strategy.
