Do I need to Sign a Contract?
No. Agreeing to our term of service is enough. WorkHint is a subscription based software. You can cancel your plan or change plan anytime.
Is there a Limit to the Basic Plan?
As long as you stay below 10 total users, you can use the WorkHint Basic Plan indefinitely. But we expect that you won’t take too long to upgrade to the Business Plan when you use our features to focus on service instead of administration!
Do you offer Free Trial?
When you sign-up for the Basic Plan, your team can use WorkHint with a limit of 10 users and no invoicing feature for Free. You can upgrade to Enterprise plan and youraccount manager might offer a free trial depending on your usecase.
Do I need a Credit Card to Start?
Not for the Basic Plan. But if you want to access the Business Plan features, you will be asked to add a billing method during the upgrade process.
If you are an Enterprise Customer (more than 200 users), we will need a billing method before the account manager upgrade your plan. Enterprise Plan pricing can be negotiated directly with your account manager.
